Join us for our Fundamentals of Pilates Class

It’s the perfect class for anyone new to Pilates Tower/Reformer.

This 75 minute introductory class will get you acquainted with the machine and props, understand basic terminology, and begin a basic understanding of the main Pilates Principles. Our small class size and longer class time allows for a more in depth dialogue with the instructor – ask any question and get a detailed answer. Fundamentals of Pilates Class is an excellent way begin your workout regimen at PBNY.

You’ve heard of Tower and Reformer classes separately. Our combination class is designed to utilize the reformer with the tower TOGETHER in creative, muscle burning ways. Get the Pilates Bodies NY Difference:
